Every residence has individually controlled heating and air conditioning and is equipped with smoke detectors. Most utilities, including water and electricity, are covered. Complimentary laundry facilities are on each floor. Every residence is maintenance free, inside and out. If you see anything that needs a fix, you contact maintenance and they will respond quickly to take care of the problem at no cost to you.
Our campus offers easy access to paths and walking trails. There is ample free parking for your vehicles--which may sit more than you do given scheduled, free transportation to a full slate of activities.
You choose how busy or relaxed you want to be. Participate in a wellness course with us or exercise in our fitness center. Learn from a host of visiting experts, or deliver a presentation yourself! Also, enjoy shopping and dining in the nearby north shore suburbs of Mequon, Cedarburg, and Menomonee Falls and if you want to venture into Milwaukee more shopping, museums, and entertainment options are less than 25 minutes away.
