Fall Prevention | Resources

Therapy focused on your recovery and preventing future injuries from falls and more.

By participating in our balance/fall management program, you can develop and learn skills necessary to help reduce falls and regain your strength. To ensure the success of your personalized program, our therapy and nursing teams work closely with you to tailor the program to your specific needs and goals.

  • How can our therapy program help you
Our trained therapy team will evaluate to help identify your risk of falling through simple and strategic tests. Then, we will develop a program to strengthen and stretch your muscles to improve balance, endurance and help  reduce the risk of falling.  Your personalized plan will include one on one therapy sessions and also a home program focused on your individualized goals.  Until all your goals are achieved, we will continue to re-evaluate and modify the program.
